I am so caught up right now with my work and imminent exams that I completely lost track of time and completely forgot that it has now been exactly one year since I first started blogging. I undertook this journey like most bloggers because I felt that I had something to share that could be of interest to even a few of you. Never, would I have imagined that a simple blog with no great expectation would take me to where I am today. Well, technically not much has changed, I am still a student (just in a different country), still have an interest in both politics and blogosphere (and the online world in general), and I still follow my 300 or so blogs. However, if the context of my life has not changed, its content has immensely. I have met people from so many different countries and backgrounds, people that I would have otherwise never been connected to, I have learned so much about the fashion industry and how it is evolving in order to integrate blogs, and I learned so much about creating and upholding an image through the daily updates of a blog.
I would like to thank all of you for you endless support and kind words! As you can imagine, blogs would not function and would be no fun if it weren't for its readers!! For this occasion, Philippe Audibert has generously offered one of my readers a gorgeous black and silver manchette from their winter collection 2010. (with Christmas just round the corner if you are running out of ideas, try their online store! Especially the manchette (cuff) section)
