The H&M trend lime jacket

Sources/Sandra, Charlotte and Columbine

One bright jacket and three different looks. H&M trend never ceases to impress with they quirky, on-trend and yet affordable pieces. This jacket is no exception. I really like the way both Sandra and Columbine dress down the lady aspect of the jacket with a pair of distressed light jeans. But, I love the way Charlotte has kept it simple with a pair of dark denim flares and boots. Well, it would seem that the jacket suits both blondes and brunettes, lets just hope it looks quite as good on a redhead :) Happy lazy Sunday!

zara printed navajo trousers

Like many of you, I have been eyeing the latest Zara lookbook for those few items that had well and truly caught my eye. These bright printed trousers were one of them but sadly when I tried them on they just didn't fit me well. Thus, I got the floral H&M trousers instead, as seen here. However, these beauties deserved nonetheless a trend post, and as always with these posts I discovered a new blogger - Phuong's 'travelling in style' - whose blog is well worth a visit.

On a non-fashion related topic, I baked a batch of pillow cookies - chocolate chip cookie cookie wrapped around a brownie center - and they were heaven. I followed Bakerella's recipe, it was messy but easy and quick and so worth it. Again, if you didn't know her blog, go check it out the recipes are easy and very delicious.

Versace x H&M

Sources: Sara, Anjelica and Vanessa

Sources: Tiany and Silvia

This was not a collection I was blown away by, in terms of wearable clothes. This being said, I think some of these girls convinces me with their Versace x H&M items. In particular Vanessa and her perfect pairing of colour trousers and chunky knit and Sara's brilliant idea of wearing the dress as a jacket. And I take my hat off to Tiany who successfully pulled of two 'total' looks! I think this collection will stay an iconic collection for years to come but it was just too much for my taste. Also, I came across this editorial which is by far the best one showcasing this collection. I wish you all a great week. What do you think? Do you have any favourites?

Those little LOVE dresses

Sources: Anne-Laure, Annabelle and Morven

It would seem like all the girls (okay sorry ladies) are going crazy for this UK brand, Love (also sold in Topshop if my memory serves me right). Even since I saw Ashley sporting the summer version of their very sought after wrap dress, I have had my eye on them. I got an orange version but the colour was just too light for my skin tone. They I came across Laura sporting both the long sleeve wrap in a gorgeous petrol colour and the floral asymmetrical one, and I was sold. Anyway, I can't wait to receive mine. I really enjoy the fact that these girls have used the dresses as a blank canvas and have made them their own. What do you think of these fun dresses?
